• Increase enrollment by 50%;
• Maintain 60% full-time faculty, with at least 60% holding relevant master’s degrees;
• Offer programs in basic and senior high education, agriculture, fisheries, environmental science, tourism, and graduate studies;
• Attain at least Level 1 program accreditation;
• Conduct and publish five research studies aligned with the BGFC research agenda;
• Ensure 100% faculty participation in research and capability-building activities;
• Develop three community extension programs;
• Implement a computerized system for enrollment, accounting, library, and school management;
• Provide a minimum ₱18,000 salary for full-time faculty;
